After the renovation
Location : Republica de la India, Palermo Botanico, Buenos Aires
We started by taking a perfectly good 70 square metre apartment, blessed by spectacular views overlooking the parks of Palermo, in a building only 3 years old, and totally renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, installing an open American-style kitchen with stainless steel counter and hidden appliances, and creating luxurious bathrooms using modern tiles and accessories.
In the living we panelled the entrance wall with wood
covering the door also
to combine with the open kitchen
creating a warm but modern look
adding a seamless stainless steel countertop
with plenty of visibility to the dining area
integrating the kitchen with the living
yet revealing little of a kitcheney feeling
adding a touch of elegance to the apartment
with a stylish basin and venecita tiles in the main bathroom
wonderful shutters on the front bedroom (and living)
creating a second bathroom where a cupboard had been
The final result - the apartment sold at a 100% profit
